Eligibility for Returns: - Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process: 1) Email hi@tinyshinyschoolhouse.com with your order number and a brief note about what went wrong. 2) Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
